  • Heidi teaches parenting classes for families of young children. In recent years, she has focused on positive discipline, toilet learning, sleeping and eating issues, temperament, and peer relationships. She also conducts family consultations and preschool behavioral assessments and runs early childhood staff development workshops. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, Heidi earned two master’s degrees: one from the University of California, Berkeley, and the other in education—with an emphasis in early childhood education—from San Francisco State University.
