John Gusman

  • John received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University; he went to the University of California at Berkeley, where he studied clinical social work. His training also included an internship at Stanford University’s Department of Child Psychiatry. John has provided consultation to parents for over 25 years.  He works with parents of children of all ages, including teens.  His special interests are adoption; dealing with significant life changes (moves, divorce, death, change in school or job, graduation); limit setting and discipline; stress and anger management; knowing when and how to turn to others for help.
