      Dr. Milburn has worked with families of children with special needs for nearly 20 years. She worked for many years at Through the Looking Glass in Berkeley, CA and has been at Children’s Hospital in Oakland since 1989 working in both the Parent-Infant Program and Early Childhood Mental Health Program. She also has a psychotherapy private practice. She is the parent of 25 year old with developmental disabilities.
