Sarah Middelton, MA, CD, PCD (DONA)

Parent Educator

Sarah is a parent coach and infant sleep specialist. She is a trained childbirth educator and birth and postpartum doula. Sarah has studied with Angelique Millette (Millette Method) and uses a variety of sleep methods and tools to help infants with sleep issues to get the sleep they need. Sarah earned her master's degree in psychology at Pacific Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara and the BS degree from Skidmore in psychology and sports medicine.
