Helping Children Wtih Anxiety Develop Coping Strategies (Kindergarten - 5th grade)
This class will focus on a variety of techniques that will help you teach your child how to manage his/her anxiety in a variety of settings. Triggers discussed will include: school situations, social dynamics and home challenges such as sleep and separation.
