You're Driving Me Crazy! Parent Anger (3 - 8 years) Part 2 of 3 Winter Lecture Series II on Managing Emotions
In this class you will have the opportunity to analyze your anger toward your child. We'll explore what triggers that anger in you and analyze positive and negative responses to that anger. Then we'll investigate productive management techniques to help you when such situations occur in the future.
