A new baby is coming and you are realizing there isn't as much time to rest and prepare as with your first pregnancy. How will your family adjust to the new baby? How can you best prepare your older child?
We will discuss tips and stratgies for preparing the family, thinking about the birth plan, behaviors to expect in the first few months, and how to support a healthy family relationship.
