Welcome to the Community Education Center. Our dynamic team of parent educators, clinicians, and therapists has developed over 50 parent and family seminars. We look forward to your scheduling a seminar, or a series of seminars, at your workplace, library, parents group, community organization or school.

Parenting Education Seminars

Parent Education Seminars do more than just educate, they empower parents.  By providing up to date information and practical tools in an engaging, interactive format, expert instructors guide parents through everyday challenges with children from birth through adolescence.  Parents leave our seminars with proven strategies for raising healthy, resilient children. Parenting seminars are typically 90 minutes to 2 hours in length and cover topics ranging from sleep and toilet learning to communicating effectively with adolescents, and more.  See details below:

Teacher Professional Development Workshops

Teacher Professional Development Workshops are offered on a variety of relevant topics ranging from preschool through high school.  Options range from one hour to a full day of training; we can customize the workshops to fit the specific needs of your school.

Work-Life Parent Training

Parent Education Seminars, offered at the workplace, are good for business. Work-Life Parent Training improves productivity and morale, increases staff collaboration and teamwork, and strengthens families by providing practical strategies and support. Whether it is a single brown bag seminar, a seminar series, or a Parents Circle (parent discussion group facilitated by a clinician), Work-Life Parent Training reaps invaluable, lifelong dividends benefitting the employee, the employer, and the community.
