Torrey Mandell Freeman, MS

Counselor and Parent Educator

Torrey, a certified parent educator, has a master's degree in counseling. After providing counseling services in a variety of university settings, she completed an online parent education training program through the Department of Education at the University of Minnesota in 2010. She has co-taught parent/child activity groups at Parents Place and facilitated Drop-in Play hours. She currently teaches the Toddler Social Club and From Infant to Toddler classes at Parents Place. In addition, Torrey is a certified sex educator who teaches the  Talking to Kids about Sex and Sexuality workshop.
